The platform is licensed for lawful analytical and operational use only. Users may not use the platform to facilitate illegal surveillance, to target protected classes of individuals, to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions, or to derive outputs in violation of applicable law. Doomsday Club reserves the right to terminate access without notice or explanation.
All signal data, correlation outputs, entity graphs, and derived intelligence produced by the platform are proprietary to Doomsday Club or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use outputs in accordance with their access tier. Redistribution, resale, or systematic extraction of platform data is prohibited.
The platform is provided as-is. Signal data reflects processed inputs from external sources and is subject to latency, gaps, and error. Decisions made on the basis of platform data are the sole responsibility of the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doomsday Club disclaims all liability for losses arising from use of or reliance on platform outputs, system unavailability, or data inaccuracies. Aggregate liability, where it cannot be disclaimed, is capped at the amount paid in the three months preceding the relevant claim.
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights to access platform data cease immediately. Surviving provisions include those relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. The platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where its operation would be unlawful.
