This document governs the collection, processing, and retention of data across all interfaces operated by Doomsday Club. Access to any part of the platform constitutes acknowledgment of these terms. This policy applies to all users regardless of access tier, jurisdiction, or method of ingestion.
Doomsday Club ingests signals from publicly available, licensed, and proprietary sources. User-generated inputs — including search queries, watchlist configurations, and alert parameters — are processed to maintain system state. These inputs are not sold. They may be used to improve signal resolution and correlation accuracy across the platform.
Signal data is retained according to the retention window associated with each access tier. User configuration data is retained for the duration of an active subscription and for a defined wind-down period following termination. Certain categories of operational telemetry are retained indefinitely for system integrity purposes.
Doomsday Club does not transfer personally identifiable information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Infrastructure providers operating under binding data processing agreements may process data as part of platform delivery. The identity of specific providers is not disclosed.
Requests for data access or deletion must be submitted through the account interface or via the support channel associated with your tier. Requests are evaluated against operational and legal retention requirements. Not all data categories are eligible for deletion on demand.
This policy may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the version date below.
